Although we work all year round, we notice that most moves are scheduled in the months of May through September. The weather is usually good and this period coincides with the school holidays. If you also wish to move during this period, we advise you to arrange this well in advance.
We’re committed to making your move as efficient and seamless as possible. Our experience shows that most moves can be completed within eight business hours.
We offer all the materials you need to prepare for your move and pack your belongings.
You can rent moving boxes and book boxes from us for just €1.21 per box. We also sell tableware, bubble wrap, stretch film, tape, wardrobe boxes and other materials.
You can pick up the materials from us in Amsterdam-Noord, or you can schedule a delivery appointment.
After use, you can schedule a pickup appointment.
If our schedule allows, we are always available to help you with your move. Most moves are scheduled around the turn of the month and at the end of the week.
To ensure your desired moving date is still available, we recommend requesting a quote 3-4 weeks before your move.

Good preparation is the most important factor in preventing damage during a move. Should anything unexpectedly get damaged during your move, we are liable up to an amount of €23,000 per moving truck trip. Your belongings are insured, provided they are packed in a transport-worthy manner.

At BC Verhuizingen, we are ready to carry out your moves all year round, in all seasons and weather conditions. Naturally, we ensure that we execute all assignments safely and efficiently.
If rain or snow is expected during your move, we recommend wrapping furniture items that must not get wet in stretch film. You can purchase this film from us or request that the movers wrap the furniture for you.
In the event of strong winds, it may be unsafe to use the moving lift. For this, we rely on reports from the KNMI and always inform our customers as soon as possible.
